We maintain a robust Conflict of Interest policy, which outlines our approach to ensuring the identification and mitigation of existing and potential conflicts of interest at both governance and operational levels. We regularly review our working relationships to identify any such conflicts and work to ensure appropriate mitigation is applied as needed, with clear procedures for any declarations of interest.

This is particularly pertinent for our grant making decisions where we ensure that the Board of Trustees, EA Foundation employees and anyone else involved in the assessment of proposals have declared any conflicts to ensure these do not affect our ability to make fair and transparent decisions.
