Connection with Energy Aspects

EA Foundation was established in 2021 by Amrita Sen, Fredrik Fosse, Richard Bronze and Trevor Sikorski, fuelled by their commitment to addressing inequities faced by some of the most marginalised communities globally. They also control a company called Energy Aspects ltd.

Energy Aspects was founded in 2012 and works as the leading provider of data and intelligence for the energy commodity and macro markets. The core of its operations is to provide timely analyses of the markets to a diverse client base, enabling them to make informed investment, trading and research decisions. Energy Aspects has over 500 clients across the financial and energy sectors that includes fossil fuel producers, trading houses and various government-controlled entities.
 
EA Foundation owns shares in Energy Aspects and derives its core income from this source.

In keeping with Charity Commission guidelines, EA Foundation is fully independent (with independent Trustees on the Board) and has no direct connections with the operations of Energy Aspects or its clients. The Foundation works entirely for public benefit and in no way benefits Energy Aspects ltd, which has no control over grant making or any other decisions at EA Foundation.
